SUBSTANCE: the invention is based on guiding the man towards self-analysis, self-consciousness, self- perfection to make him feel strong, capable of control of psychophysical state, consciously govern his mind, body, be free of any effect, manipulation, assuming the state of freedom, happiness and health. Recovery seance includes rational psychotherapy and massage action of the patient in the stage of meditation and autogenic plunging. Massage of the patient face, head and whole body with employment of classic, point and vibratory massage. Massage is carried out on the background and in the rhythm of quieting music. Verbal cooperation with the patient is directed towards self-analysis, self perfection and realization of association with nature. Free manifestation of emotional and reflex reactions shall be encouraged verbally. The patient is brought out of meditation state in 5-10 min upon completion of massage. Used additionally are phytopreparations, reflexotherapy, ionization and/or aromatization of air, and special decoration of rooms. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
