SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the psychotherapy of neurotic disorders. The emotional state of the patient is revealed with subsequent correction using group therapy carried out in 5 stages, daily, in a course of 10 sessions. At the first stage, auto-training techniques are carried out. The second step is meditation. At the third stage, exercises aimed at developing intelligence and creativity are performed: drawing self-portraits, depicting themselves in different roles, depicting aliens. At the fourth stage, breathing and physical exercises are alternated. At the fifth stage, relaxing massage and active or passive muscle relaxation techniques are alternated.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to form a positive perception of the surrounding reality in patients as a result of treatment, to help the patient to get out of a state of neurotic disorder.
