SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely - to physiotherapy, balneotherapy. The procedure implies an integrated effect of a woman's body. That is ensured by an external thermal exposure without overheating of a woman's body. Myofascial release follows. Visceral abdominal massage is applied. After the thermal exposure, the woman is wrapped for transudation without overheating. Then the head, shoulders, thorax, iliac bones, middle thigh bone, middle calves, metatarsuses, hip joint region are pulled in tight sequentially.
EFFECT: procedure provides higher effectiveness of postnatal female body recovery ensured by decreased postnatal complications, restored psychophysical condition, improved body functions.
