A sector is chosen confined with lithologic substitution in non-reservoir and/or with outer oil-saturation outline, and/or with sets of injection wells. Working medium is pumped in a cycling mode. On the oil pool area, those injecting wells to be pumped in with polymer material are selected that are situated inside the chosen development sector near high-yield productive wells. Polymer material and then working medium are pumped in. Period of cyclic-mode pumping in of the latter is increased by a factor of 2 to 3. Development is carried out when maintaining formation pressure providing equality of annual volumes of pumping in and withdrawal of liquid.
