FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines operating on liquid fuel. SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by means of thermochemical conversion of part of consumed fuel in special reactor-heater at moderate power consumption for this processes. No coke is formed at such processing of fuel. Thermochemical processing is carried out in three steps: fractional distillation; separation and heat treatment of corresponding portion of evaporated fuel within required time period; cooling of reaction products with subsequent mixing of heat treatment products with remaining distillation products and delivery of this mixture into manifold of internal combustion engine.
