FIELD: sanitary-hygienic accessories for care of mouth and teeth. SUBSTANCE: twin-head tooth-brush has a pair of separate twinned working heads. Each head is secured to the handle obliquely at a preset angle to it. The heads are positioned with their adjacent side surfaces close to each other and inclined in opposite direction with respect to the handle. In one version of the invention the heads are fixed relative to the handle. The handle sags when a sufficient pressure is applied to the working heads at cleaning. In another variant of the invention each head turns irrespective of the other relative to the head-base attached to the handle. The unique aspect concerning the given brush with twinned heads consists in the fact that the tooth-brush has such a design that the majority of people can use it at usual procedure of cleaning, and effective cleaning of dental and gingival surfaces.
