FIELD: shipbuilding; submersible habitable objects used in regions at intensive ice situation. SUBSTANCE: rescue chamber is provided with separable and floating devices (punches) for breaking ice. Each punch has hollow housing blown with compressed gas (air). Mounted above upper entrance hatch of rescue chamber is inflatable folding fairing made in form of elastic envelope with rounded-off upper portion. Inflatable fairing is provided with extensible rigid framework. Rescue chamber is provided with compressed gas storage and supply system for blowing the housings of punches and fairing; the rescue chamber is also provided with branch pipes, drain pipe line and safety differential valve for escape of compressed gas expanding during surfacing. EFFECT: extended functional capabilities due to possibility of employment from habitable object lying on sea bottom or floating under ice cover; high safety and enhanced reliability of floating of chamber and escape of persons. 2 cl, 4 dwg
