FIELD: metallurgy, namely, repairing of mechanical damages of gas turbine blades. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of heating blade up to 1165-1185 C, keeping it over 4 hours, cooling until temperature 970-990 C, keeping at such temperature over 4 hours and cooling. Before heating step performing heat treatment of defect portion with area BxH including defect zone with length L, where B=H=4L, by concentrated heat source up to 1200-1250 C over 25-30 min. Rate values of heating and cooling consists 10-20 C/min. Local heat treatment had been over dimensional working and fusion on are being performed.
