FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes removal of old protective coating of components, treatment of the latter by hot isostatic pressing, their thermal treatment and application of new protective coating on them. Hot isostatic pressing of components is realised according to double-stage mode. At the first stage components are heated in gasostat in argon medium from room temperature up to 1,110-1,150°C and components holding at this temperature and argon pressure of 130-140 MPa for 1-2 hours. At the second stage components are further heated to the temperature of their tempering, argon pressure is increased to 150-160 MPa, and components are held for 1.5-3 hours with their further cooling in gasostat.
EFFECT: reduction of component residual pores size or their complete elimination without significant increase of holding time and argon pressure.
