FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for recovery of operating performances of the vanes of steam turbines, gas transfer plants and gas turbine engines, made from alloyed steels. Proposed method comprises removing defective surface metal layer, holding the vane in vacuum and thermal treatment. The latter is performed by heating the vane for vane metal degassing and reduction of its dislocation structure, and cooling down in vacuum to ambient temperature. Heating is performed at 150°C° to 650°C. Holding in vacuum is carried out at said temperature for 0.2-1.5 h. Note here that holding and cooling in vacuum is performed under longitudinal magnetic field of intensity varying from 10 kA/m to 100 kA/m.
EFFECT: reduced labour input, higher operating performances of vanes.
