FIELD: toxic wastes disposal and dumping. SUBSTANCE: method includes origination of chambers in potassium seams being mined, and enclosing rock with establishing interchamber pillars and separation of the chambers with insulating lintels. Waste disposal is carried out over the rocks enclosing potassium seams, and in rock salt. Length of stable roof rock and ground in the chambers and length of deformation of interchamber pillars under the steady creep are determined preliminary. The wastes are dumped in the chambers where length of roof rock and ground stability, as well as deformation of interchamber pillars under steady creep exceeds design extension of waste storage. The condition that interchamber pillars are deformed only under steady creep with degree of pillar loading not resulting in fracture arising and development should be observed. EFFECT: high reliability, waste disposal. 2 cl, 7 dwg
