SUBSTANCE: device has receiving sleeve 1, tubular upright 2 of the crus, foot 5 articulated with spheric surfaces of end members 3, 4 formed from thermosoftening plastic and adjusting connection member 6. The relative position of the articulated ends of the members manufactured from the thermosoftening plastic like polyamide is fixed at the final stage of prosthesis production (together with the above mentioned connection member) by using metal rods pretreated to red heat by gluing the articulated surfaces (gluing is optionally substitutable with welding thermosoftening plastic of the end members to be connected).
