FIELD: medicine; prostheses for lower extremity. SUBSTANCE: prosthesis comprises framework or carcass provided with elements intended to limit deformations in all directions. Deformation limiting elements represent internal components of facing structure tightly enveloping upper constituent part of framework. Deformation limiting element positioned in space comprised between upper and lower constituent parts of framework also constitutes component of facing structure. Prosthesis also comprises cylindrical superstructure made integral with upper constituent part of framework; and spherical head piece provided with movement limiting elements in all directions. These elements are made in the form of pieces assembled as integral whole in the form of at least two journals disposed radially in transversely extending plane of talocrural pivot and received into opening formed in superstructure. Foot prosthesis comprises resilient facing structure consisting of two parts: lower flexible part made integral with whole facing structure, and upper reinforcing part, both are interconnected in heel region. Deformation limiting element is made in the form of elastic buffer positioned in space comprised between upper and lower parts of framework, upstream of talocrural pivot. The latter is formed as spherical heads piece positioned in cylindrical superstructure and fixed therein with the help of runner member and fixtures assembled as integral whole.
