FIELD: mechanical engineering; medical facilities, in particular, prostheses of lower extremities. SUBSTANCE: rotator has two brackets which are movable-connected through thrust bearings. Installed on one bracket on axles of rotation are contacting with each other clamp and rocker. Rotator also has controlled support. Installed on rocker is rod constantly engaged through piston with regulated flexible return member. The other bracket has two diametrically located projections and sleeve with regulating screw. Sleeve accommodates flexible return member. Rotator allows concrete patient to set the required angle of rotation and required value of return moment depending on character of his walking and weight.
