FIELD: tools for assembling and demounting. SUBSTANCE: portable screw driver has chuck 3 in which one end of flexible extension shaft 4 is mounted. Other end of that shaft is joined with tool 5. Joined ends of chuck 3, shaft 4 and tool 5 have non-round cross sections with profiles respective one to another. From drive unit 2 rotation motion is transferred to tool 5 with use of shaft 4 having flexible sheath 9 inside which concentrically arranged and closely wound one to another springs rotate. Upon working in hard-to-achieve places shaft 4 is bent in order to place tool 5 by acute angle relative to axis of chuck 3. EFFECT: improved design of screw driver allowing to use it in hard-to-achieve places. 5 cl, 5 dwg
