SUBSTANCE: tool has a support for a collet for transfer of torque due to turning of the collet relative to the fastener head. The support represents an extended stem, having an end part. The end part has a pair of working ends engageable with the fastener. The collet consists of two parts. The first part includes a means for adjustable positioning of the working ends engageable with the fastener. The second part includes a means for adjustable clamping of the fastener head.
