SCRAPER CONVEYOR DRIVE CHAIN GUIDE Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry; coal mining complexes; scraper conveyor drives. SUBSTANCE: scraper conveyor chain drive guide has drive drum with sprockets, scraper chain, frame and guide members in form deflecting rollers rollers installed on sides for rotation around central axes. Deflecting rollers are cylindrical. Sides and cylindrical deflecting rollers are furnished with mounting members to provide installation of locking members when sides and cylindrical deflecting rollers are aligned and provision is made for step angular turning fixing of deflecting rollers in any step position. External cylindrical surface of deflecting rollers can be reinforced with wear-resistant alloy ring. Locking members of sides and cylindrical deflecting rollers can be made in form of coaxial holes equidistantly located over circumference and bolts installed flush in holes of deflecting roller. Deflecting roller axle can be provided with oil channels to lubricate rotating matting surfaces of axle and deflecting roller. Deflecting roller-to-side connecting axle has groove accommodating semirings fixed by holder to form lock. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 5 cl, 4 dwg
