FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has seed bed 1, seed germination container 2 with conical projection 3 positioned in center of container 2. Seed vessel 4 is mounted on conical projection 3 so that it does not extend beyond projection 3. Seed vessel 4 has shape similar to that of container 2 and is provided with slots 7 for receiving filtering paper. Bottom of seed vessel 4 is made conical, with raised portion oriented toward inner cavity of vessel. Seed bed is communicated with water in container 2 through water-permeable material 6. Such construction of apparatus allows interrelation between seed weight and germ mass to be determined. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced labor intensity in conducting analysis. 2 dwg
