FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to agricultural production, in particular to devices for evaluation of seed grain quality. Device for definition of vertical and radial force of seeds growth has germinator for seeds, bowl with meshed bottom, which is connected to germinator by means of latches and metering mechanisms. Bowl with meshed bottom is installed above germinator, filled with haydite or metal balls and is closed on top by movable net. Movable obstacle with foam rubber inside is also installed above bowl with the possibility of lowering. Besides movable net and movable obstacle are connected by means of stems to metering mechanisms.
EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to define vertical and radial force of seed germs growth, to express it in physical values, to evaluate potential productivity of seeds and to select best batches of seeds for sowing on this basis.
