FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves using auditory and spectrographic analysis of child cry. The cry arising both in inhaling and in exhaling without being tuned , modulated, but being rasping and weak, its main frequency being not higher than 2000-3500 Hz and having double phonation fragments (it means that two main frequencies are present in the cry spectrum), perinatal encephalopathy diagnosis is set. Child cry arising both in inhaling and in exhaling, having explosive start, being choked, monotonous, vibrating, weakening, arising with long latent period after pain irritation (2.0-2.7 s) with ascending-descending or monotonous frequency of the main tone not exceeding 2000 Hz, splitting at the end fragment with rapidly changing frequency in the intermediate intervals of cry signals with noise fragments built-in, infantile cerebral paralysis is diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis. 3 dwg
