FIELD: methods of dross removal. SUBSTANCE: method of dross removal from ceramic bath for steel strips hot alumozinc coating application with zinc concentration in working smelt of 40 - 45 % provides for preliminary preparation of dross for removal. Preliminary preparation for dross removal is exercised due to creation in bottom part of bath of smelt layer with zinc concentration of 50 - 63 % with layer thickness of 0.05 - 0.08 of total depth of smelt in bath. Dross removal is carried out of separating boundary of different density layers by pumping smelt layer with dross particles out. EFFECT: improved process. 1 tbl
