FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of heating a slab of low-carbon steel with a cross section (200 x 1400) mm in a furnace up to 1280 C and rolling it to a strip with a cross section (2 x 1350) mm; keeping a temperature of rolling process termination, equal to 840 C; performing a rapid cooling of the strip by water up to 630 C and coiling it to a coil; removing scale after the coil had been cooled; placing the to an uncoiler of a plant for hot coating it by aluminium0zinc alloy, guiding the cleaned strip in a protection-reduction atmosphere at first with a rate 13.5 C/s up to 550 C, then with a rate 2 C/s up to 720 C and curing it at 7 C; performing a cooling procedure with rate 7.4 C/s by jets of the protective gas up to 550 C and coating it by the aluminium-zinc alloy; cooling the strip after hot coating had been applied onto it, up to a temperature of tempering, being 350 C, and curing it at 100 C; coiling the temperedstrip to a coil.
