FIELD: production and conveying rare liquified gases, such as production and distribution of argon for air-separating units or helium for natural gas liquifying plants. SUBSTANCE: gaseous-product emissions and wastes are liquified by means of liquifier-heat-exchanger due to evaporation of additional coolant whose boiling point is lower than that of liquified gas by heat transfer from cooled gas jet to coolant being evaporated; then it is supercooled to temperature 2 to 10 dwg. lower than that in the beginning of gas liquifying; liquified gas is delivered to storage tank by gravity. Used as additional coolant for argon is liquid nitrogen; supercooling is conducted at temperature 2 or 2.5 deg. lower than boiling point at gage pressure of argon P+ 0.5-1.0 atm. Device is provided with tubular liquifier-heat-exchanger filled with coolant through length L=(0.073-0.17)Lt, where Lt is heat-exchanger tube length; it also has gasifier communicating with heat exchanger through liquified-gas storage tank.
