FIELD: X-ray technology. SUBSTANCE: method of increase of power of X-ray source is based on deceleration of electron beam in focus on rotary anode. Direction of electron beam is chosen coinciding or close to direction of centrifugal force acting on anode in focus. Temperature on anode in focus is kept above melting temperature of material of anode. Anode in manufactured in the form of cylindrical ring with focus on internal surface.
