FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: source includes housing, electron gun and anode made in the form of hollow cylinder on inner surface of which focus track is located. Housing is vacuum-tight and made in the form of a hollow ring and at least with one outlet opening of X-radiation, which is located on the generatrix of cylinder surface opposite electron gun, or on edge surface of the housing in the area of electron gun. On outer side of generatrix of housing surface there located is at least one channel for heat carrier passage. An annular tray is made on inner side of the housing. In the tray there arranged is substrate in the form of a layer of electrically conducting low-melting and low-absorbing material of X-rays with fusion temperature exceeding 45°C. Anode is made in the form of thin ring from low-absorbing material of X-rays with density which is less than density of material of substrate and contacts with substrate. To inner anode surface opposite electron gun there applied is focus track from metal capable of radiating X-rays of the specified energy, and to the anode surface not occupied with radiating track there applied is layer from ferromagnetic material. At that, hollow ring of the housing is put on stator of annular electromagnetic drive and separated from it with the wall made from the material conducting the electromagnetic field.
EFFECT: improving positioning accuracy of radiation focus, increasing specific power of the source, reducing operating and manufacturing costs, and enlarging process capabilities of the source.
