FIELD: agriculture, medicine, food-processing industry, may be used for disinfection of liquids. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has outer shell 1 with inlet and outlet pipes, metering vessel, working condenser, counting mechanism and stilling vessel 2 connected with inlet pipe. Metering vessel is formed as double-section metering chute 3 made from radiowave transparent material. Chute 3 is provided with section volume regulating member and mounted for rotation in vertical plane and for current communication of one section with stilling vessel 2. Electrodes 5,6 of working condenser are mounted in vertical position at opposite sides of this section of chute 3 and are formed as segments. Outer shell 1 makes shield. EFFECT: increased efficiency in treating liquid by exposing it to high-frequency electromagnetic field, wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
