FIELD: agricultural; food processing. SUBSTANCE: device has feeding transport element and working condenser; pressure air line 3 made of radioparent material is used as transport element; high-potential and low-potential electrodes 2 and 4 of working condenser are, essentially, flexible metal hoses placed, respectively, along axis of air line 3 and coaxially in respect to the latter; low-potential electrode 4 is secured on annular stiffening ribs arranged around air line 3 and equally spaced apart along this line length. EFFECT: reduced bacterial contamination of food mixture. 4 dwg
