FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has end piece producing direct action upon cornea. The end piece is coupled with laser radiator through light guide tract. The end piece provides smooth control over coagulate formation zone depth inside of the cornea due to smooth adjustable condensed pulsating luminous flux focus distance control system being mounted in the end piece. The system has luminous flux condenser unit rigidly fixed in the movable end piece casing bushing end surface opening. The condenser unit is smoothly movable relative to the end piece casing. Light-conducting fiber tract is rigidly fixed in the movable end piece casing and engaged with the luminous flux condenser unit. EFFECT: high quality of produced cylindrical coagulate which diameter is 400 to 600mcm and height from 50 to 550 mcm without injuring epithelium and endothelium of the cornea. 2 cl, 3 dwg
