FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to finishing-strengthening treatment of surfaces by surface plastic deformation and may be used for treatment of nonrigid annular chamber, deforming members mounted in ring space for spatial movement and sources of magnetic field is provided with casing installed in space of cheeks eccentrically to axis of rotor and annular chamber and sources of magnetic field are located on periphery part of casing. This provides for periodic change of sections of surface of deforming members being in contact with part and prevents formation of sharp edges on them. EFFECT: increased resistance of tool and quality of treatment thanks to additional periodic turn of deforming members about center of their masses. 3 dwg
