Each blade has longitudinal inlet slot contraction on concave part and slots on longitudinal ends for air outlet; plane crossing rotor axis of revolution is aligned with surface of blade end distant from axis; for closest end, vertical plane drawn perpendicular to end is in center of slot of this blade and slot confusion of other blade; slots are perpendicular to end surfaces of blades.
