SUBSTANCE: STIRRING arrangement is distinguished with that it is made in the form of propeller consisting of two mutually perpendicular barriers in the form of right-angled triangle with blind cut in the middle of hypotenuse or in vertex of right angle, the length of cut being not less than half height of triangle.
