FIELD: mixers. SUBSTANCE: device is made as an impeller consisting of two mutually perpendicular twin partitions made in the form of right-angled triangle with blind recess in the middle of hypothenuse. Length of recess is equal to half of partition height. In their middle portion, partitions are connected with each other and with shaft. Each twin partition is provided with bushing for shaft with height equal to half of partition height. Besides partition is made as twin part from one blank in the form of square provided with blind recess in the middle of diagonal and has two chamfers at the ends of the same thickness and is bent through 180 deg along the second diagonal.
