SUBSTANCE: electrical discharge generator uses an electric motor with a fan impeller and movable electrode-rotor mounted on the case axle with a fixed high-voltage and auxiliary electrodes, making up a slotted air conduit between the cylindrical surfaces of the case and movable electrode oriented along the device axis and divided into longitudinal sectors by the plates of the auxiliary electrodes; which together with the blade high-voltage electrodes make up additional discharge gaps along the surface of the movable electrode.
