FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air sanitisation in wards and other premises in the absence of or in the case of low-efficiency exhaust ventilation. Proposed device comprises rotor 1 with axial-blow fan impeller 7 fitted thereon. Moving electrode cylinder is arranged on impeller vane ends. Said electrode consists of inner current-conducting ring 8 and dielectric ring 7 arranged thereon to double as high-resistance barrier for moving electrodes. Device comprises also dielectric cylinder of stator 13. Blade electrodes 11, 12 are arranged in stator cutouts at acute angle to rotor tangent surface. Rotor has extra impeller 10 arranged nearby the end of moving electrode dielectric ring 9. Inner surface of stator 14 features cylindrical shape on extra impeller vanes to make flow-through section of axial-blow fan.
EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency.
