FIELD: metallurgical aggregates lining, refractory pieces. SUBSTANCE: aim is to improve mass moulding properties and physical-chemical properties of produced pieces, increase of mass life duration, apparent density of made of the mass refractory pieces, compaction strength of pieces after their drying, annealing and thermal treatment under temperature of 400 - 1000 C in particular. Mass, that is made of periclase-bearing filler, alumina-bearing component, phosphate binder and solution of lignosulfonates, as phosphate binder has powder-shaped sodium polyphosphate in the form of fine milled mixture with periclase in mass ratio of 1 : (8 - 10) under following ratio of components, mass % : periclase-bearing filler 62 - 78; alumina-bearing component 4 - 11; fine milled mixture of periclase and sodium polyphosphate in mass ratio of (8 -10): 1 8 - 30; solution of lignosulfonates 3 -5. As periclase-bearing filler it is recommended to use periclase clinker with CaO concentration - 3.5 - 6.5 %; as alumina-bearing filler mechanically activated component with specific surface of 9000 - 12000 $$$ and as solution of lignosulfonates - solution of ammomia-bearing lignosulfonates. EFFECT: improved moulding properties of mass and physical-ceramic properties of produced pieces.
