FIELD: petrochemical processes. SUBSTANCE: distillate fractions (gasoline and/or kerosene, and/or diesel, and/or fractions with end boiling point above 250 C) are obtained from starting feedstock, optionally mixed with recycle, by bringing it into contact with regenerated olefin oligomerization catalyst in at least one tubular reactor or with different catalysts in two in-series arranged tubular reactors, or in at least three adiabatic reactors with one or two different catalysts at temperature between 150 and 450 C, pressure 0.1 to 6.0 MPa, and mass velocity 0.2 to 10 h-1. Reaction products are separated to isolate C1-C4- hydrocarbons, gasoline fraction, and fractions with end boiling points below and above 250 C, or fractions with end boiling points below 360 and those above 300 C. It is possible to recycle different isolated fractions (from C3-C4 to aromatic below 300 C) between functioning reactors. Applied catalysts (or catalyst) contain active component selected from: zeolite ZSM-5 or ZSM-11 having general formula , in which E is at least one element from series: Al, Ga, B, Fe, and k is corresponding moisture capacity factor, or zeolite L, ZSM-12, or ZSM-20, beta, omega, zeolite Y, mordenite, amorphous alumino- or elementosilicate, aluminophosphate or silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieves, or indicated active component modified by I-VIII-group elements or their compounds in amounts from 0.001 to 10 wt %. EFFECT: increased flexibility of process and enlarged assortment of products. 8 cl, 4 tbl, 28 ex
