FIELD: petrochemical processes. SUBSTANCE: high-antiknock gasoline fractions and/or aromatic hydrocarbons C6-C10 are produced by consecutively bringing feedstock flow containing arenes and/or naphthenes, and/or olefins, and/or paraffins boiling up to 250 C, and/or oxygen-containing organics into contact with regenerable catalyst at elevated temperature and pressure, optionally in presence of hydrogen, said regenerable catalyst being disposed in at least two different reaction zones of two respective reactors or one reaction apparatus involving supply or abstraction of heat of intermediate reaction stream between zones. Reaction products are cooled and separated using rectification to recover hydrocarbon gas fraction, gasoline and/or aromatic hydrocarbon fraction, and fraction boiling above 180-215 C. Implementation of method is possible according to two principal options. According to the first one, temperature of stream at the inlet of each downstream following zone is by 5 to 50 C lower than that at the inlet of preceding reaction zone and/or and reaction temperature in each downstream following zone is by 5-50 C lower than that in each preceding reaction zone. According to the second option, feedstock is first brought into contact with catalyst having concentration of proton sites or OH groups no lower than 40-50 mcmole/g with power according to proton affinity scale no higher than 1200 kJ/mole. Contact is effected at 300-480 C, pressure 0.1-6.0 MPa, and feedstock supply weight velocity 0,3-10 h-1, whereas catalyst is regenerated at 350-550 C and pressure 0.1-6.0 MPa first with regeneration gas having 0.1-5.0 vol % oxygen and then with 10-21 vol % oxygen. Catalyst contains silicate with following empiric formula: where ΣEnOm denotes one or two II, III, V, VI, and VIII group element oxide, or Pentasil- type zeolite with ZSM-5 or ZSM-11 structure, whose composition is described by following empiric formula: where El denotes at least one element selected from Al, Ga, B, and Fe, and k is corresponding moisture capacity coefficient. In addition, silicate or zeolite, and/or catalyst can be modified with at least one I-VIII group element and/or element compound taken in amount 0.01 to 10.0 wt %. EFFECT: reduced content of benzene and/or aromatic C6-C10 hydrocarbons in gasoline and enlarged feedstock resource. 8 cl, 1 tbl, 15 ex
