FIELD: petrochemical processes. SUBSTANCE: distillate fractions are obtained from starting feedstock, optionally mixed with recycle, by bringing it into contact with regenerated olefin oligomerization catalyst in at least one tubular reactor or with different catalysts in two in-series arranged tubular reactors, or in three adiabatic reactors with one or two different catalysts at temperature between 150 and 450 C, pressure 0.1 to 6.0 MPa, and mass velocity 0.2 to 10 h-1.. Oligomerization products are separated (in different ways) to isolate fractions C5 and C5. It is possible to recycle part of isolated fractions and to feed recycle into intermediate reaction stream between functioning reactors. Fraction C5 is subjected to hydrogenation treatment on catalyst revealing activity in hydrocarbon hydrogenation reactions at temperature between 80 and 400 C, pressure 0.5 to 6.0 MPa, and H2/CH molar ration from 1 to 20. EFFECT: increased flexibility of process and enlarged assortment of products. 10 cl, 4 tbl, 27 ex
