The second tube is provided with additional channel and internal cavity, which are located at its additional part between working edge and surface being like to the bevel. Moreover, in aspiration-irrigation dish the first and the second tubes made be made with cross-sections reducing at the direction being opposite to side to the case. Cross- section may have profiled lateral shape, as well as cone- shaped, oval-shaped or lentil-type cross-section; it may also be curved.
