FIELD: machine-tool industry. SUBSTANCE: device comprises input shaft 7 and output shaft 8 interconnected through at least one cylindric gear pair 9 and 10. Gear wheel 10 is spiral. One of gear wheels 11 of spiral cylindric pair 10 is mounted on its shaft 18 for movement along its axis in specified limits. The device is also provided with means 13 for linear converting rotary motion of input shaft 7 into forward motion and lever 17 the ratio of arms of which may be smoothly adjusted. The lever is also may rock with respect to axle 18 set in bearing 19 of lever 17 which is mounted so as when one of its end is set in reciprocation by means 13 for linear converting rotation of input shaft 7 into forward motion, the other end of lever 17 transmit forward motion to movable gear wheel 11.
