SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger has tube-in-tube heat exchange members, tube plates 3 for fastening outer tubes 1, tube plates 4 with holes for inner tubes 2, housing 9, end face covers 12 and gaskets 5, 7 made of flexible material. Cavities 6 are made in two gaskets arranged between tube plates 3 and 4. Outer tubes 1 located near the cavities are placed in communication through cavities. Cavities 8 made in the other gaskets located between tube plates 4 and end face covers 12 place inner tubes 2 in communication. Heat exchanger can be easily disassembled for washing.
