FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger is provided with inserts 19 with concave surfaces and longitudinal partitions 22 mounted along axis of housing at angle to each other and hold-down sleeves 5 which receive end plates 6 and 7 and gaskets 8 and 9 which have grooves 17 forming the bypass passages for tubular medium which have form of circular segments in the longitudinal section. Gaskets 8 and 9, inserts 19 and tubular sheets 13 may be made of flexible material. Construction provides for quick disassembly and washing of heat exchanger and increase of the time intervals between washing cycles. EFFECT: reduced hydraulic losses and improved operating conditions. 8 cl, 5 dwg
