FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, thermal treatment of milk and other food liquids. SUBSTANCE: heat-exchanger has casing with inlet and outlet branch tubes for intertubular heat-carrier and liquid under treatment and bundle of heat-exchanging tubes. Some tubes are arranged in "tube-in-tube" pattern to provide regeneration. Ends of single and outer heat-exchanging tubes are embedded in tube boards. Ends of inner tubes of "tube-in-tube" system extend through flexible tube gaskets, tube plates and flexible end gasket, which are pressed by end covers and provided with branches for introduction and discharge of treated liquid to tube boards. Construction of heat-exchanger allows circulation in-flow washing and easy dismantling and washing in manual mode of operation.
