It has atmospheric solar with flash temperature of saturated vapors exceeding 120 C as base, "РОР" as activator, spectrum mixer "РОРОР" and gadolinium compound of following composition Gd(N03)3.3[(C4H9)] .PO. Given liquid scintillator shows more stable physicochemical characteristics, higher transparency and enhanced fire safety as compared with other known liquid scintillators.
