FIELD: atomic power engineering, biophysics, medicine, cosmic rays physics. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for design of high-efficiency spectrometers of gamma radiation of large volume. Increased transparency, decreased fire risk and reduced toxicity of scintillator are achieved thanks to use of atmospheric solar of combinations of lead and bismuth in the capacity of base of scintillator. EFFECT: increased functional efficiency of liquid scintillator.
