FIELD: ecology. SUBSTANCE: polymer-forming mixture is applied on the surface. Mixture has the following composition, %: carbamideformaldehyde resin 15-30; ortho-phosphoric acid 3-4, and water - the rest. After polymerization the impregnated layer is removed mechanically. Method ensures prevention of radionuclides deep in of porous material due to radionuclides fixation on the surface. Method is used for porous material cleaning from radionuclides, in part, for polluted soil surface deactivation. EFFECT: high effectiveness of deactivation.
