FIELD: devices for acting upon biochemical objects. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has chamber formed as hollow ellipsoid of rotation with plated inner surface. Ellipsoid has two throats. Perforated capsule with object-emitter is inserted into one throat and positioned in one of focal planes of ellipsoid. Waveguide is inserted into another throat so that waveguide section is positioned in other focal plane. Output end of waveguide is oriented to object-receiver. Protective light-transparent metal screen fixed on output end of waveguide is earthed. Low-power field of object-emitter is concentrated at waveguide input and transmitted to object-receiver.
