FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of plant production and can be used to increase plant productivity by irradiation of seeds of some plants by the emission of other plants. The device comprises a working chamber for transmitting radiation with the concentration from the transmitter on the seed-receivers, which is made in the form of volumetric shape of conductive material. Inside the chamber there are two volumes of radiotransparent material for placing the transmitter and the seed-receivers. As a transmitter a source of electromagnetic radiation is used, made in the form of a magnetron 1 with an emission wavelength of 3 mm. Around the magnetron antenna 2 heteropolar to the main antenna magnet 3 of the magnetron through the insulating seal an additional magnet 4 is placed with axial magnetisation of at least 1.2 Tesla. The magnet 4 is made in the form of a sleeve which inner diameter is twice greater than the outer diameter of the antenna, and the length is 5 times the length of the antenna magnet of the magnetron. Above the end surface of the additional magnet a diffractive filter 5 is mounted, made of a nonmagnetic conductive material with holes 6 which size and quantity are selected depending on the type of used seed-receivers.

EFFECT: invention enables to increase performance of production of the treated seeds.
