FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural technologies. Disclosed is a method of treating seeds, according to which seeds are exposed to electromagnetic radiation, wherein the exposure is carried out by an electromagnetic wave in the frequency range from 21.13 GHz to 26.75 GHz, generated by a magnetron, comprising an antenna emitter and a generation unit, which includes two antenna magnets, between which the anode unit is located, and a control magnet. Besides the device for the method implementation is suggested.
EFFECT: invention provides for increased efficiency of seeds treatment.
