FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves tunneling liver parenchyma and subjecting it to high pressure finely divided lysicin glue flow. Initial diameter of the flow is equal to 0.7 mm. The flow is created under pressure of at least 250 atm. Eroded tissues and glue are removed from the wound. The device has nozzle for making connection to vacuum-pump manufactured as tube having stepwise bend, handle with end segment and working part having longitudinal slit. Locking partition is mounted in the slit for preventing its tamponing with parenchyma to take place when introducing the device into the liver. Device parts cross-section areas become greater when moving in the direction from the working part that is made flat and provided with blunt cone-shaped end having axis directed at an angle of 10 deg relative to the working part. EFFECT: improved quality of patient treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications. 2 cl, 1 dwg
